Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post Air with tracking and drop-off without signature. Some small packets do not have tracking.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Additional insurance or tracking can be purchased.

On orders over $350 (North America) $400 rest of world you will receive a 10% credit towards additional items on your order. Please indicate the additional items to be included, tax may be extra.
